i started singing when i was 17 and had to cross a small batch of deep german forrest with my bike to get to my house and while doing that at night and trying not to get scared of the pitch darkness of the german forrest, i would sing out loud as high as i could the music i was listening then with my walkman, screaming out my lungs while crossing that bit of deep pitch darkness, tímidamente interrumpted by the trembling light of my bike and my voice growing & growing upon the trees. thats how the relationship and acknowledge of the power of the own voice started. thanks to german nature. having this strange connection that has brought so much to my life, these small sparks of natural entitles something powerful and magic, beautiful and inspiring. that generates something pure. como este sol de invierno.

Johanna made a new house/basket for her bees

all made with her own hands! my dear friend johanna went to a convent to learn how to make these traditional baskets - houses for her own bees. purely made with straws, they are so beautiful and seem so cozy! a nice change of domicil for the lucky bees that make the delicious honey from starnberg at johannas garden .

i must say i am exactly like my mother in this:  somebody who haaaates going shopping in like big department stores and retail spaces: malls, kaufhofs, corte inglés, wallmart, so horrible spaces. some people like it. i hate them and avoid them as much as possible.  even sometimes basic shopping like groceries, feels sooooo boring and waste of time. 
but at the same time, i love getting lost in zouks in middle east and markets in asia, flea markts in europe, antique shops in usa, artesania shops y mercados in south america, and meet amazing people and their products and buying special things i find around in the dif. cities i travel to. still, I must say that the middle east zouks (Specially love Khan el-khalili in Cairo or Jerusalem Old City Zouk)  and their amazing handcraft and atmosphere are really really hard to beat in terms of beauty and magic atmosphere.
